AGM Rally

Venue : Bathafarn Hall. LL15 2UU.

Route : From Mold follows signs for Ruthin on A494, through the sharp bends and keep slow out of Llanbedr Village. Then turn left onto the B5429 follow road site is on left. From Ruthin follow the signs for Mold on the A494 and as you come out of Ruthin turn right on the B5429. NWCC signs will be out.

Notes : We will hold a Fun Gymkhana, events by car and will involve all ages. This will take place on Saturday, followed by the AGM on Sunday in the Village Hall. For AGM information please contact the Centre Secretary.

North Wales Centre of the Caravan Club will be held at:

NOTES FOR INFORMATION
a) As required by rule 6c of the Rules Governing Centres, any two Registered Members may propose any registered member to be an Honorary Officer or elected member of the Committee of the Centre to which they are registered. Written nominations for election to the Committee, as an Honorary Officer or elected member confirmed by the nominee, the proposer and the seconder, must be received by the Centre Secretary not later than fourteen days prior to the meeting. i.e. by 11.00am on Sunday 11th September 2016. Nomination forms if required can be obtained from the Hon-orary Secretary following the July Committee meeting.
b) Only Members, Joint Members and Family Members who have registered with the North Wales Centre at least 35 days prior to this meeting will be entitled to speak and vote at the Annual General Meeting.
The Club constitution does not forbid the admission of partners and other persons of the member’s families or other Caravan Club Members.
c) Valid Caravan Club Membership cards must be shown at the meeting and ballot papers will not be issued
to those not possessing valid cards. This rule will be strictly enforced. It is the re-sponsibility of the
members to ensure that their Centre membership is renewed annually. Failure to do so will mean that
you forfeit your right to speak and vote at the Annual General Meeting.
d) Doors will open at 10.00am and will close at 11.00am. No admittance and No ballot papers will be issued after this time.
